Are you reaching your goals easily, with little effort? If so, congratulations! If, on the other hand, your're stagnating, or if you intuitively think it may be time to add another tool to your self-love toolbox to help you progress a bit faster, it might be beneficial to place your focus on your whole mind-body-spirit alignment.
The fastest way to alignment of mind, body, and spirit is a focused combination of multiple persuasions strategically layered over a relatively short period of time. This translates to say that if you happen to be feeling a bit stuck, with little or no progress being made in your goal achieving, it might be more effective to combine, as example, journaling with affirmations with meditation with astrology with tarot with....
The trick is, our minds need new stimulation to keep from getting bored or atrophied. Multiple sources of delivery of different stimuli is engaging. Your mind has to pay attention as new information comes available. This fresh self-awareness helps increase your intuition.
In addition to combining multiple disciplines to your daily practice, also involving your senses of sight, touch, taste, olfactory, hearing, and your intuition as tools for enhancing your experience is life changing. Committing daily to a deeper awareness of your senses aligns your full Self energy. It's about tuning in to all your senses, and that mindfulness interrupts your thought patterns. There are myriad benefits to disrupting habits. You can't change what you don't see. And in the case of mind-body-spirit connection, altering even one thing mentally, physically, or spiritually, leads to ripples of change. Modifying more than one piece of your daily goal routine creates magnified results.
Some ideas for combining activities and senses, might be making a cup of tea, lighting a scented candle, breathing deeply to fully expand your lungs and bring you into the present moment, stretching your physical body, pulling a tarot card or affirmation card to meditate on, journaling your experience while expressing gratitude. Taking this practice outdoors adds another layer to the mix, as does closing your eyes and simply sitting in calm quietness. Mix it up, and enjoy the practice. Have fun and play with ways to involve all your senses in your goal setting. Let me know how that goes!
