Here’s the reason: Yesterday’s post was about finding the “gift” in even the most painful experiences. While it’s important to acknowledge the grief in order to move beyond the pain, it’s also critical to have a way to release the energy of the experience when it has outworn its use.

If we don’t process the energy of any grief, it becomes stagnant and actually sticks in our body. This stuck energy can cause all sorts of maladies. This dis-ease can lead to disease. In other words, it’s important that all grief be processed, lest it cause us more trouble.
