“Sometimes the magic works, and sometimes…”

My great friend and mentor, the late Dr. Mack Gift, often quipped that, “Sometimes the magic works, and sometimes it doesn’t.”

Mack and I go back many decades—long before there was AI or the Internet, the Algorythm, or WIFI to blame when things went awry. So when something didn’t go as planned, we would just blame the “magic” for not working….

Ahh magic….

My mornings are typically an ease into the flow. I meditate. I reflect. I generally journal a bit. And then I go to the computer to begin to create the day’s content for the website, email, Newsletter, and social media. I check my calendar for appointments, and mindfully connect to the energies I wish to be in for the day. It’s a nice flow that I have come to appreciate more and more over the years.

Today however, I was in the most relaxed state, when I clicked on the link in yesterday’s blog post about “shame” and was hit in the face with the dreaded “404” failure page. The “magic” clearly didn’t work. YIKES! My smooth nuanced flow was immediately derailed, and I jumped into action to track down the break in the magic.

So today, rather than posting the planned content, I am re-circling the wagons back to the topic of shame. I have (magic willing!) corrected the flaw, and have now replaced the 404 with a working landing spot where anyone who desires may get their hands on the blockage-busting Emotional Transformative Release Technique—the audio and eBook set that I believe can help dis-integrate those pesky inner blocks that hinder success. Certainly, shame is a block that is best when identified and removed.

And I believe the content is worthy of a second look. Shame requires a lot of energy to hold onto. It may have been around for a long while. Just imagine what can be accomplished when you let that go, and free up that once-stagnant energy for propelling you forward….

At any rate, because it’s a logical move, I am providing the link to yesterday’s post about shame: https://jandeelstra.com/shame-based-living/ and hoping the magic will be intact.
